Fishers of Men
And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will
make you to become fishers of men. Mark 1:17 (KJV)
Before Jesus departed to take His place at the right hand of
the heavenly father, He commanded that we go into the world
and spread the gospel good truth, ministering unto others about
our Lord Jesus Christ and His blessed gift of salvation.
"Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have
commanded you: and, lo,I am with you always, even unto the
end of the world. Amen." ~Matthew 28: 19-20 (KJV)
God's gift of salvation from sin is the greatest gift man has ever
been given. Our heavenly father loved each and every one of us
so much that he sent his only begotten son to earth to suffer upon
the cross and pay our sin debt so that we could be saved from
our sins and an eternity in hell. We must only believe and accept
him as our personal savior to receive this free gift of salvation.
All things inthis world will pass away, but our Lord Jesus Christ
will stand forever.
We are here to spread the gospel of Christ. Know man knows
what hour he will pass from this world. Make the decision now to
accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior, and know now, this
instant, where you will spend eternity.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. ~John 3:16 (KJV)
